Question 1

Can a tourist board automate eVisitor reporting without buying new software?

Accepted Answer

Instead of introducing expensive platforms, DataLytics upgrades the spreadsheets you already use so they automatically process the eVisitor CSV export, calculate year-over-year change, and generate a finished visual report ready for a council meeting or the media — no manual copying of numbers.

Question 2

Do we need web analytics if the project is funded by EU or national grants?

Accepted Answer

Yes, from day one of the project. Without correctly configured analytics, it's impossible to reconstruct after the fact the evidence of reach and results that an audit requires, and a clear measurement methodology in the application itself also earns extra points in the evaluation.

Question 3

Can you help us increase a destination's visibility without a big marketing budget?

Accepted Answer

Yes — one example is the digital cookbook project for the Krk Island Tourist Board, where DataLytics used only free tools and structured data (schema markup) to turn a printed cookbook into 50 separate, SEO-optimized pages that Google recognizes and recommends on its own, without a single euro spent on ads.

Question 4

Need extra help but don't have budget for a new hire?

Accepted Answer

In cultural institutions, the public sector, and tourist boards, a new staff position is often harder to get approved than an IT or marketing budget. DataLytics becomes your external partner here — using your existing IT/marketing budget to take over the operational work and expert advice (analytics, digital strategy, reporting, automation), working continuously as if it were one of your own employees, with no need to open a new position.
